The embodiment of the invention discloses a power battery heating system and a fault detection method of the power battery heating system. The power battery heating system comprises a heating film and a heating on-off module; the heating film and the heating on-off module are connected in series; the heating film is laid at the bottom of the power battery, a power battery management module is connected between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power battery in parallel, the positive electrode of the power battery is electrically connected with the first end of a first on-off module, the second end of the first on-off module is electrically connected with the heating film, and the negative electrode of the power battery is electrically connected with the first end of a second on-off module. The second end of the second on-off module is electrically connected with the heating on-off module; and the power battery management module is used for controlling the first on-off module and the second on-off module to be switched on or switched off after controlling the first on-off module and the second on-off module to be switched on, so as to control the heating film to heat or stop heating the power battery. The temperature control cost of the power battery is reduced, and the fault diagnosis of the power battery is simple and convenient.

    本发明实施例公开了一种动力电池加热系统及动力电池加热系统的故障检测方法。该动力电池加热系统包括:加热膜和加热通断模块;加热膜和加热通断模块串联连接;加热膜平铺在动力电池底部,动力电池管理模块并联于动力电池的正极与负极之间,动力电池的正极与第一通断模块的第一端电连接,第一通断模块的第二端与加热膜电连接,动力电池的负极与第二通断模块的第一端电连接,第二通断模块的第二端与加热通断模块电连接;动力电池管理模块用于在控制第一通断模块和第二通断模块导通后,控制加热通断模块导通或关断,以控制加热膜对动力电池进行加热或停止加热。以实现降低动力电池温度控制成本,且对动力电池故障诊断简单方便。
