The invention discloses an automatic detection system for hidden diseases of a track plate, the system comprises a detection trolley, a suspension bracket, an automatic detection device, a carrying platform, a laser sensor, an industrial personal computer, an outer connecting frame, a piston sleeve, a groove-shaped connecting plate, a rack, a fixing nut, a piston, a motor box, a gear, an excitation hammer and a detection sensor, the suspension bracket is arranged on the detection trolley; the carrying platform is arranged below the detection trolley; the laser sensor is installed on the inner side of the carrying platform and used for judging the walking distance of the detection trolley and triggering detection when the set walking distance is reached. The outer connecting frame is arranged on the suspension bracket, the upper end of the outer connecting frame is connected with the piston sleeve, and the lower end of the outer connecting frame penetrates through the groove-shaped connecting plate and the rack and then is fixedly connected with the rack through the fixing nut; the piston is arranged in the piston sleeve, and the the lower end of the piston is connected with the rack; the motor box is fixedly connected with the groove-shaped connecting plate and is internally provided with a motor; the gear is arranged on the motor output shaft; the gear is meshed with the rack; and the excitation hammer and the detection sensor are arranged below the rack, and collected vibration signals are transmitted to the industrial personal computer for analysis during knocking detection.
