The invention discloses a large plate girder overturning tool and an overturning method. The problems that in the large plate girder overturning process, potential safety hazards are large, and time and labor are consumed in overturning operation are solved. The overturning method comprises the steps that U-shaped brackets are made of steel plates on site, the thickness of U-shaped clamping openings of the U-shaped brackets is equal to that of a flange plate of a large plate girder, and after five steel plates are spliced and welded, U-shaped grooves can be formed in the vertical surfaces of the outer sides of the U-shaped brackets; three hinge pins are fixedly welded in each U-shaped groove; the two manufactured U-shaped brackets are symmetrically connected to a lower flange of the I-shaped large plate girder in a sleeving mode, the end of a steel wire rope of a main crane on the left side in the air passes through the outer side of an upper flange of the I-shaped large plate girder and the U-shaped bracket on the left side and then is fixed to the hinge pins of the U-shaped bracket on the right side, the end of a steel wire rope of an auxiliary crane on the right side in the air passes through the U-shaped bracket on the right side and then is fixed to the hinge pins of the U-shaped bracket on the left side, and overturning of the large plate girder is completed through lifting of the main crane and matched lifting of the auxiliary crane.

    本发明公开了一种大板梁翻转工装及翻转方法,解决了大阪梁翻转中安全隐患大和翻转操作耗时费力的问题。在现场用钢板制作U形托架,U形托架的U形卡口与大板梁翼缘板的厚度相等,五块钢板拼装焊接后,在U形托架的外侧立面上,会形成一个U形凹槽;在U形凹槽中,分别固定焊接三个销轴;将制作好的两个U形托架,对称地套接在工字形的大板梁的下翼缘上,将空中左侧的主吊车钢丝绳的端头,通过工字形的大板梁的上翼缘外侧和左侧U形托架后,固定在右侧U形托架的销轴上,将空中右侧的辅助吊车钢丝绳的端头,穿过右侧U形托架后,固定在左侧U形托架的销轴上,通过主吊车的起吊和辅助吊车的配合起吊,完成大板梁的翻转。
