The invention discloses a simulation zero-gravity synchronous suspension system for a large flexible retractable antenna, and belongs to the technical field of antenna hoisting. The simulation zero-gravity synchronous suspension system comprises a hoisting steel frame, a lifting mechanism and a control assembly; five hoisting points are arranged on the hoisting steel frame, the hoisting point located in the center is a main hoisting point, the other four hoisting points are auxiliary hoisting points, and the four auxiliary hoisting points are arranged in a square shape around the main hoisting point and are uniformly distributed on the same circumference; and the lifting mechanism comprises five electric hoists, and the electric hoists are arranged on the corresponding hoisting points in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the simulation zero-gravity synchronous suspension system, the five hoisting points are arranged, the electric hoists are used for conducting ascending and descending motion, and in combination with the PLC control assembly, synchronous lifting of the large flexible retractable antenna can be realized, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved; and meanwhile, the displacement size of each hoisting point can be accurately reflected by using an infrared laser range finder, so that the synchronization precision difference value between the hoisting points is instantly reflected, the actual synchronization precision is high, and the system is worthy of application and popularization.

    本发明公开了一种大型柔性可收放天线模拟无重力同步悬吊系统,属于天线起吊技术领域,包括起吊钢架、升降机构、控制组件;所述起吊钢架上设置有五个吊点,其中位于中心的为主吊点,剩下四个吊点为辅助吊点,四个所述辅助吊点围绕所述主吊点呈正方形排列,均布在同一圆周上;所述升降机构包括五个电动葫芦,各所述电动葫芦一一对应设置在对应的吊点上。本发明通过设置的五个吊点,并利用电动葫芦进行起升、下降动作,结合PLC控制组件,能够实现对大型柔性可收放天线的同步升降,大大提升工作效率;同时利用红外线激光测距仪能精确反应各吊点的位移尺寸,即时反映各吊点间的同步精度差值,实际同步精度较高,值得被推广使用。
