本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,公开了一种发泡硅橡胶及其制备方法和应用,该发泡硅橡胶包括A组分胶和B组分胶,A组分胶包括如下组分:基胶、催化剂和醇类化合物,B组分胶包括如下组分:基胶、抑制剂和含氢硅油;基胶包括乙烯基硅油、补强剂和改性剂,醇类化合物与含氢硅油的质量比为1:1‑5。本发明发泡硅橡胶,通过乙烯基硅油与含氢硅油反应产生的氢气以及醇类化合物气化而共同形成气泡,使得发泡硅橡胶具有高发泡率,发泡率为4‑10倍;低密度,表观密度为0.12‑0.23g/cm3;孔径小,孔径为250‑500μm;机械强度高,且为开孔结构的特点。

According to the foamed silicone rubber disclosed by the invention, the hydrogen generated by the reaction of the vinyl silicone oil and the hydrogen-containing silicone oil and the alcohol compound are gasified to form bubbles together, so that the foamed silicone rubber has a high foaming rate, and the foaming rate is 4-10 times; the density is low, and the apparent density is 0.12-0.23 g/cm<3>; the aperture is small, and the aperture is 250-500 [mu]m; the mechanical strength is high, and an open pore structure is adopted.
