The invention relates to a submersible based on a float-sinker principle and a temperature control air pressure method. The submersible comprises a shell, a control system, a battery, a balance weight, a pneumatic door, a pneumatic door controller, a signal transmitting and receiving device, a humidity sensor, an attitude sensor, a temperature controller and a propeller. The submersible provided by the invention is easy to operate, can stably suspend at a specified depth in a water area, and can be adjusted by designing different structures and adding different scientific research modules according to actual depth measurement requirements, so that the submersible better meets actual requirements, energy loss and bloated structures are reduced, and the cost is greatly reduced. According to the submersible, the newest research result of the floating and sinker is applied to the submersible device, snorkeling control of the submersible is realized by means of the floating and sinker principle and a temperature control air pressure method, and the influence of unstable undercurrent, ocean current wave making and the like in the ocean on the submersible is eliminated through a simple and effective negative feedback algorithm mechanism. And accurate control on the diving depth and the working area of the submersible is realized.
