The invention provides a polyurethane tire with high wear resistance and aging resistance. The polyurethane tire comprises a component A and a component B. The mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:(0.8-1.2). The component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polyol; 6-12 parts of a chain extender; 3-5 parts of a cross-linking agent; 1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent; and 2-4 parts of a catalyst. The component B is prepared from the following component: 15 to 20 parts of isocyanate; 3 to 5 parts of tetrahydrofuran propylene oxide copolymerized glycol; and 0.8 to 1.2 parts of a stabilizer. The molecular weight of the polyhydric alcohol is 2200-2800, the polyhydric alcohol is obtained by condensing halogenated phthalic acid and diethylene glycol, and the hydroxyl value of the polyhydric alcohol is 360-400 mgKOH/g. According to the high-wear-resistance and anti-aging polyurethane tire disclosed by the invention, the citric acid, the 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and the ammonium sulfate are used as stabilizers and have good compatibility with the polyhydric alcohols and the isocyanate and a coupling effect with the polyhydric alcohols, so that the polyurethane resin is uniformly plasticized during processing, the plasticizing temperature is low, and the impact resistance of the polyurethane tire is relatively good.
