The invention provides a gallery erecting machine. The gallery erecting machine comprises a main beam frame, a supporting leg set structure and a hoisting overhead crane; the hoisting overhead crane comprises a lifting device, a rotating device and a walking device, the rotating device is connected with the lifting device and the walking device, the rotating device drives the lifting device to rotate relative to the walking device, the walking device is used for driving the lifting device and the rotating device to move, the lifting device is used for lifting a product, and the walking device linearly moves on the main beam frame; and the supporting leg set structure is installed below the main beam frame. According to the gallery erecting machine, the lifting device is driven to rotate relatively through the rotating device which is connected with the lifting device and the walking device, so that rotation of a product hoisted by the lifting device at any angle and adjustment of the erecting position are realized, the span of the walking device can be designed by selecting the minimum size of the hoisted product as much as possible, the span of the gallery erecting machine is reduced, the height of the main beam frame of the gallery erecting machine can be reduced through the rotating device, potential safety hazards are reduced, and cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种架廊机,包括主梁架、支腿组结构以及起重天车,起重天车包括提升装置、回转装置和行走装置,回转装置分别与提升装置和行走装置相连,回转装置带动提升装置相对于行走装置转动,行走装置用于带动提升装置和回转装置移动,提升装置用于吊装产品进行升降,行走装置在主梁架上线性移动,所述支腿组结构安装在所述主梁架下方。本发明提供的架廊机,通过分别与提升装置和行走装置相连的回转装置,带动提升装置相对转动,实现被提升装置吊装产品任一角度旋转和架设位置调整,从而实现行走装置的跨度可以尽量选择被吊装产品的最小尺寸进行设计,降低架廊机的夸跨度,回转装置可以降低架廊机主梁架高度,减少安全隐患,降低成本。
