The invention discloses an experimental device and an experimental method for simulating multi-angle impact of a projectile on an aircraft fuel tank. A box body in the experimental device is placed on the upper surface of a constant-temperature heating table; a first target plate and a second target plate are respectively arranged on the outer surface of the front wall plate of the box body; and a third target plate, a fourth target plate and a fifth target plate are respectively arranged on the outer surface of the rear wall plate of the box body. And the temperature, pressure change data and gas concentration value in the experimental oil tank are recorded in real time through the pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the gas concentration tester. According to the experimental device, the impact states of different target plates, different types of shots and shots on the fuel tank at different speeds under the conditions of different fuel volume fractions and different fuel vapor concentrations can be simulated. The combination of different target plates enables more shooting angles, the incident target plate and the emergent target plate are convenient to disassemble and replace, the experiment period can be shortened, multiple experiments can be rapidly and repeatedly carried out, and the whole experiment platform has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to operate, low in cost and high in universality.

    一种模拟弹丸多角度冲击飞机燃油箱的实验装置及实验方法。该实验装置中的箱体安放在恒温加热台的上表面;第一靶板和第二靶板分别安装在该箱体前壁板外表面上;第三靶板、第四靶板和第五靶板分别安装在该箱体的后壁板外表面上。通过压力传感器、温度传感器和气体浓度测试仪实时记录实验油箱内部的温度、压力变化数据和气体浓度值。本发明能够模拟不同燃油体积分数、不同燃油蒸气浓度条件下,不同靶板和不同类型弹丸以及弹丸以不同速度下对该燃油箱的冲击状态。不同靶板的组合使得射击角度更多,并且入射靶板和出射靶板拆换方便,能够缩短实验周期,实现了快速重复多次实验,整个实验平台具有结构简单、易于操作、成本低和通用性强的特点。
