The invention discloses a deep sea oil-filled mechanical release device and a use method thereof. The device mainly comprises a pressure balance mechanism, a release mechanism, a motor and a shell. The motor is connected with an external underwater sound control module through a watertight plug on the shell; a watertight piston in the pressure balance mechanism can automatically slide along with the change of external water pressure to ensure that the internal oil pressure and the external water pressure of the release device are consistent and balanced; the situation that the motor rotating shaft cannot rotate normally due to large friction force generated by external water pressure on the premise that the power is small is avoided. The device can be integrated on other marine equipment, and the load release action is completed under low power consumption through a simple and reliable release mechanism, so that the underwater practical application requirement is met. The device is small in size, light in weight, low in power consumption, safe, reliable and suitable for large-scale use.

    本发明公开了一种深海充油机械式释放装置及其使用方法,该装置主要包括压力平衡机构、释放机构、电机及外壳。电机通过外壳上的水密插头与外部水声控制模块连接;压力平衡机构中的水密活塞能够自行随外部水压变化滑动,确保释放装置内部油压和外部水压一致而平衡;避免了在功率较小前提下,电机转轴受外部水压作用产生较大摩擦力而无法正常转动的情况。该装置可一体化集成到其他海洋装备上,通过简单可靠的释放机构,在低功耗下完成负载释放动作,以满足水下实际应用需要。本发明体积小、质量轻、功耗低,安全可靠,适合大批量使用。
