The invention relates to an aircraft stall protection method. The method comprises the following steps: determining that an aircraft is under an icing meteorological condition; determining a working state of a wing anti-icing system of the aircraft, wherein the working state of the wing anti-icing system at least comprises one or more of the following items: opening or closing of an anti-icing switch, whether the wing anti-icing system fails or not, wing anti-icing temperature, the opening degree of an air entraining valve of the wing anti-icing system and air entraining pressure of the wing anti-icing system; reducing the stall attack angle protection value of the aircraft according to different working states of the wing anti-icing system; and providing stall protection for the aircraft according to the reduced stall angle of attack protection value.
