The invention discloses an intelligent monitoring system and method for a lithium battery pack, and the system comprises a battery module which comprises a plurality of battery packs which are connected in a series-parallel combination manner and are arranged in a matrix manner, and a system bar code is formed according to the number of the battery packs and the series-parallel combination connection relationship. The battery pack comprises a plurality of lithium batteries which are connected in series; a plurality of monitoring modules, each monitoring module comprises a microcontroller, and a sampling module, a power tube control module, a communication interface, a detection module and a code identification module which are electrically connected with the microcontroller, and is used for monitoring the battery state, the battery capacity and the battery temperature of each battery pack; and the microcontroller is connected with a wireless transmission module through a communication interface. Standardized design of the battery module can be realized, each battery pack is monitored and displayed through system bar codes and codes, the capacity, the voltage and the health condition of the battery pack are monitored in real time, monitoring data are visual, and maintenance and replacement are facilitated when faults occur.

    本发明公开了一种锂电池组智能监控系统及方法,锂电池组智能监控系统包括电池模组,包括多个通过串并联组合连接且呈矩阵式排列的电池组,并根据电池组的数量及串并联组合连接关系形成系统条形码,所述电池组包括多个串联连接的锂电池;多个监控模块,所述监控模块包括微控制器、均与微控制器电性连接的采样模块、功率管控制模块、通讯接口、检测模块和编码识别模块,且用于监控每个电池组的电池状态、电池容量和电池温度,所述微控制器通过通讯接口连接有无线传输模块。本发明可实现电池模组的标准化设计,并通过系统条形码和编码对每个电池组进行监控显示,实时监控电池组的容量、电压和健康状况,监控数据直观且便于故障时进行维修、更换。
