The invention provides an operation vehicle anti-collision early warning method and device, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of traffic management. The operation vehicle anti-collision early warning method is applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal on a first operation vehicle in a preset operation area. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining the position of the first operation vehicle; according to the position of the first operation vehicle, determining a preset area range corresponding to the first operation vehicle from a preset operation area; calculating the distance between the first operation vehicle and each second operation vehicle in the preset area range; and according to the distance, judging whether the first operation vehicle and the second operation vehicles have anti-collision risks or not. According to the scheme, the calculation range of the vehicle during anti-collision early warning is narrowed, calculation is not carried out on the vehicle outside the preset area range, the overall calculation time is shortened, the calculation speed is increased, the load of the calculation platform is reduced, calculation can be completed in a shorter time, the early warning real-time performance is enhanced, and the safety of the operation vehicle is guaranteed.
