The invention discloses a pre-tightening device for a steel wire rope of a crane. The pre-tightening device is arranged on a rotary table between a winding drum and an arm top wheel, connection and disconnection between the pre-tightening device and a power generation device are controlled through a clutch, and when the crane is in a lifting state and the steel wire rope is wound loosely, the pre-tightening device needs to be started to work to enable the steel wire rope to be arranged tightly, at the moment, the clutch is controlled to be closed, when the winding drum recovers the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope drives a loading pulley and a first gear to rotate synchronously, the first gear meshes with a second gear, the second gear drives a generator to work through the clutch and a speed change device, generated electric energy is converted through a conversion circuit and then stored in a storage battery, and waste of mechanical energy is avoided; meanwhile, the output power of the generator is adjusted, for example, the exciting current of the generator is increased, so that the resistance of steel wire rope recovery is increased, finally, the purpose of increasing the winding tightness of the steel wire rope on the winding drum is achieved, and adjustment of the pre-tightening force of the steel wire rope is achieved.

    一种起重机钢丝绳预紧装置,通过在卷筒与臂顶轮之间的转台上设置预紧装置,并通过离合器控制预紧装置与发电装置之间的通断,当起重机处于起升状态、钢丝绳缠绕较松时,为使钢丝绳排布紧密,需预紧装置启动工作,此时控制离合器吸合,卷筒回收钢丝绳时,钢丝绳带动加载滑轮和第一齿轮同步转动,由于第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,第二齿轮经过离合器和变速装置驱动发电机工作,并将产生的电能经过转换电路转换之后储存在蓄电池中,避免了机械能的浪费;同时,通过调节发电机的输出功率,比如增大发电机的励磁电流,使得钢丝绳回收的阻力增大,最终达到增大钢丝绳在卷筒上的缠绕紧密度的目的,实现了对钢丝绳预紧力的调节。
