The invention provides a multi-stage separation system for launching an unmanned aerial vehicle. The multi-stage separation system comprises a main cabin; a pusher which is fixed in the main cabin body; a tail speed reduction structure which is fixedly connected with the tail part of the main cabin body in an inserting manner; at least two guide rails are further arranged on the inner wall of the main cabin body; and a parachute cord pipeline is arranged between the at least two guide rails along the inner wall of the main cabin body. The separation system provided by the scheme of the invention is simple and stable in structure, and can quickly push the unmanned aerial vehicle out of the cabin.
