The invention provides a metal composite gas port for a satellite pressure vessel and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pressure vessels. The metal composite gas port for the satellite pressure vessel comprises a titanium alloy gas nozzle; an aluminum alloy connecting ring, wherein one end of the aluminum alloy connecting ring is welded with the titanium alloy gas nozzle, and the other end of the aluminum alloy connecting ring is used for being connected with the satellite pressure container, so that the titanium alloy gas nozzle is communicated with a cavity in the satellite pressure container; the titanium alloy gas nozzle is used for being welded to a titanium alloy pipeline of the satellite fluid management system, the aluminum alloy connecting ring is used for being connected with a satellite pressure vessel made of aluminum alloy, and therefore, transition connection between the satellite pressure vessel and the satellite fluid management system is achieved. A bolt fastening connection structure of a seal ring in the prior art is replaced by the titanium aluminum metal composite gas port, so that the problems that the seal ring leaks when a low-temperature medium is stored in an aluminum alloy vessel, the sealing performance is poor when high-pressure gas is stored, and the gas port structure is prone to breaking down in a harsh dynamic environment are solved.
