The invention relates to an anti-overheating charging pile for a new energy vehicle, which comprises a charging pile, a heat dissipation device and a cooling device, the heat dissipation device for cooling the charging pile is arranged in the charging pile, and the cooling device for cooling the interior of the charging pile is arranged on the back surface of the charging pile and extends into the charging pile; the heat dissipation device comprises a heat dissipation fan, a partition plate, an air outlet, a heat conduction groove and a temperature sensor, and the heat dissipation fan used for performing heat dissipation on the charging pile is fixedly installed on the inner bottom wall of the charging pile. According to the anti-overheating charging pile for the new energy vehicle, the heat conduction groove is formed in the top of the shell, natural heat dissipation of the charging assembly in the shell is facilitated, when the temperature in the shell exceeds a preset value, a temperature sensor triggers an alarm, and then a cooling fan is started to discharge heat in the shell from the heat conduction groove until heat dissipation is finished; therefore, the service life of the charging assembly in the charging pile is effectively prolonged.
