According to the suspension device, the V-shaped hoisting piece is arranged, and the downwards inclined end parts of the hoisting piece are connected with the hoisting chains, so that the height of the suspension points of the hoisting chains is reduced; and when the height of the hoisting chains is fixed and the height of the suspension points is reduced, the height of the upper ends of the hoisting chains is relatively reduced, and the requirement of the rail on the height of a roadway is reduced.
