When a power supply is in a power-on state and a control module receives a first vehicle end charging request, if the vehicle request power of a first vehicle charging interface is greater than the power of a first ACDC power module and is less than the sum of the maximum output power of the first ACDC power module and the maximum output power of a first energy storage module, the first ACDC power module and the first energy storage module are controlled to charge the vehicle of the first vehicle charging interface, and the second ACDC power module is controlled to supplement energy to the second energy storage module. According to the scheme, the energy storage module in the high charge state discharges, and energy can be supplemented to another energy storage module so that the use frequency of the energy storage module is reduced, and the service life of the energy storage module is prolonged. In addition, when no vehicle end requests for charging and the two ACDC power modules supplement energy to the corresponding energy storage modules, if a single-end vehicle end charging demand exists, the single-end vehicle is charged preferentially, and the use flexibility of the energy storage modules is improved.
