This hybrid drive includes: a first transmission shaft that is connected to the output shaft of an engine; and a second transmission shaft that is connected to the rotor of a dynamo-electric machine and a transmission. The first transmission shaft is supported in the radial direction by a case via a first radial bearing, between an engine-side first end and a transmission-side second end of the transmission shaft in the axial direction. The second end of the first transmission shaft is inserted into the engine-side end of the second transmission shaft formed in a tubular shape. A second radial bearing that radially supports the second transmission shaft is disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the second end of the first transmission shaft and the inner peripheral surface of the engine-side end of the second transmission shaft. The second transmission shaft is supported in the radial direction, via a third radial bearing, by a shaft support portion that is provided in the case further toward the transmission side than the engine-side end of the second transmission shaft. Thus, it is possible to reduce the axial length of the hybrid drive device while suppressing axial runout of the transmission shaft that connects the rotor of the dynamo-electric machine and the transmission.
