The system comprises a maintenance information determining unit used for determining maintenance information of all elevators to be maintained, an enumeration unit used for determining all feasible multi-elevator maintenance operation time periods facing all the elevators to be maintained, an analysis unit is used for analyzing the maintenance operation sequence, corresponding to all the feasible multi-elevator maintenance operation time periods output by the enumeration unit, of the maintenance operation performed on the elevators to be maintained, a construction unit used for constructing an objective function reflecting the maintenance payment required by the maintenance operation performed on the elevators to be maintained. an optimization unit used for optimizing the objective function output by the construction unit; and a maintenance plan generation unit is used for generating a maintenance plan for all elevators to be maintained. By enumerating all possible multi-elevator maintenance operation periods of the plurality of to-be-maintained elevators and optimizing the maintenance plan generated on the basis of the multi-elevator maintenance operation periods, the maintenance cost caused when the maintenance operation is implemented is minimum.
