The invention discloses a vehicle body structure of a railway vehicle and a vehicle body design method. The vehicle body structure comprises a vehicle head, a carriage, a flow guide cover, an air conditioning unit and a waste discharge device, and the air conditioning unit and the waste discharge device are installed on the top of the carriage and form coherent protrusions on the top of the carriage; the front end and the rear end of the protrusion are provided with a first smooth flow guide slope and a second smooth flow guide slope respectively, the rear side of the first flow guide slope inclines upwards, the rear side of the second flow guide slope inclines downwards, the length of the vehicle head is larger than 2 m, and the vehicle head is provided with a protruding part protruding out of the top face of the compartment. The is mounted on the vehicle roof, the front end of the flow guide cover is in smooth transition connection with the protruding part, and the rear end of the flow guide face is supported on the top face of the protrusion. According to the design method, a vehicle gauge model and a vehicle contour model are established and imported into simulation software for whole vehicle aerodynamic resistance analysis, and then optimization design is continuously carried out. By the adoption of the scheme, the running resistance and running energy consumption of the vehicle can be reduced, and compared with a traditional vehicle, the running resistance can be reduced by about 7%.

    本发明公开一种轨道车辆的车体结构及车体设计方法,车体结构包括车头、车厢、导流罩、安装在车厢顶部的空调机组和废排装置,空调机组和废排装置在车厢顶部形成连贯的凸起,凸起的前端和后端分别设有平滑的第一导流坡面和平滑的第二导流坡面,第一导流坡面的后侧向上倾斜,第二导流坡面的后侧向下倾斜,车头长度大于2m,车头具有凸出车厢顶面的凸出部,导流罩安装在车顶,导流罩的前端与凸出部平滑过渡连接,导流面的后端支撑在凸起的顶面上。设计方法是通过建立车辆限界模型和车辆轮廓模型,将两者导入仿真软件进行整车气动阻力分析后不断优化设计。采用本方案,可以降低车辆运行阻力和运行能耗,相比传统车辆,运行阻力可降低约7%。
