In the hybrid drive device according to the present disclosure, a rotor support member includes: a cylindrical support portion that has an outer peripheral portion to which a rotor of a rotating electric machine is fixed and an inner peripheral portion to which a friction engagement plate of a clutch is fitted; a flange portion that extends radially outward from one end of the cylindrical support portion; an annular wall portion that extends radially inward from the other end of the cylindrical support portion; and an annular member that faces the annular wall portion with a gap therebetween and is connected to the flange portion. The annular member is connected to the flange portion such that the annular member abuts on an end surface of the flange portion on the opposite side from the rotor side. The flange portion includes a protrusion that protrudes in the direction opposite from the rotor side from the outer peripheral portion of the end surface and radially supports the outer peripheral surface of the annular member. The annular wall portion and the annular member are radially supported by a case with bearings interposed therebetween. It is therefore possible to sufficiently ensure the torque capacity of the clutch while aligning the rotor with high accuracy.
