The invention provides an all-media intelligent Internet of Vehicles platform. The all-media intelligent Internet of Vehicles platform comprises a vehicle positioning module, a driving state detection module, a data uploading module, an intelligent processing module, vehicle-mounted equipment, mobile terminal equipment and a blockchain technology, wherein the vehicle positioning module is used for acquiring position information and a driving track of a vehicle; the driving state detection module detects information such as a speed, acceleration and a driving direction of the vehicle; the data uploading module uploads the collected data to the intelligent processing module; the intelligent processing module analyzes received driving information, plans a driving route, sends the planned driving route to the vehicle-mounted equipment, dynamically controls switching of traffic lights according to the number of vehicles in the driving direction, and generates a traffic designation; the vehicle-mounted equipment is used for receiving and displaying a result of the intelligent processing module; the mobile terminal device enables a user to monitor and control the vehicle; and the blockchain technology improves the confidentiality of the Internet of Vehicles platform data.
