According to the invention, the platform is provided with a tracking ultrasonic flow velocity profiler, can automatically move by utilizing wind power after being put on an upper wind bank, can obtain the flow velocity of a large section of a lake under various wind speed conditions, and can also ensure a smaller surface observation blind area.
