The invention relates to an energy self-sufficient deep sea self-propelled platform-resistant floating scientific research facility platform which comprises a box-shaped deck, stand columns and two ship-shaped buoyancy tanks, the two ship-shaped buoyancy tanks are arranged in parallel, the box-shaped deck is located over the ship-shaped buoyancy tanks, each ship-shaped buoyancy tank supports the box-shaped deck through at least two stand columns, and the stand columns are oval stand columns. The oval long center line is parallel to the axis of the ship-shaped buoyancy tank. The floating scientific research facility platform further comprises a multi-energy complementary supply system, a propelling and positioning system and an experiment observation system. The multi-energy complementary supply system comprises a wave energy power generation unit, a tidal current energy power generation unit, a wind energy power generation unit, a solar energy conversion unit, an electric energy storage unit, a photochemical reaction unit, a thermal cycle unit and a fresh water storage unit.
