The invention discloses a variable damping type deceleration strip device. The variable damping type deceleration strip device comprises a deceleration strip body component, a variable damping component and a control device. The deceleration strip body component comprises a deceleration strip, a guide rail, a pre-embedded box body, a fixed stud, a sliding block, a speed measuring device and a buffer pad; the variable damping component comprises a piston, a sealing ring, a buffer solution, a constant temperature device, a magnet exciting coil, a buffer device shell and a buffer rubber ring; the signal output end of the speed measuring device is connected with the signal input end of the control device, and the signal output end of the control device is connected with the magnet exciting coil of the variable damping component; the speed measuring device is used for detecting the vehicle speed and sending a detection result to the control device, the control device controls the current of the magnet exciting coil of the variable damping component by outputting an electric signal, and the variable damping effect of the buffer solution is achieved. According to the variable damping type deceleration strip device, when a vehicle passes through a deceleration strip at a low speed, the smoothness of the vehicle and the comfort of a driver can be improved, and damage of the deceleration strip to the structure of the vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种可变阻尼式减速带装置,包括减速带主体部件、可变阻尼部件和控制装置。减速带主体部件包括减速带、导轨、预埋箱体、固定螺柱、滑块、测速装置、缓冲垫;可变阻尼部件包括活塞、密封圈、缓冲液、恒温装置、励磁线圈、缓冲装置壳体、缓冲胶圈;测速装置的信号输出端与控制装置的信号输入端连接,控制装置的信号输出端与可变阻尼部件的励磁线圈连接;测速装置用于检测车速,并把检测结果发送给控制装置,控制装置通过输出电信号控制可变阻尼部件的励磁线圈电流大小,实现缓冲液的变阻尼效果。本发明提供的一种可变阻尼式减速带装置,可以在车辆低速通过减速带时,提高车辆平顺性和驾驶员舒适性,降低减速带对车辆结构的损伤。
