本发明公开了一种船用螺旋桨多合金复合制造方法,综合多种材料性能优势,采用两种或两种以上合金材料复合制造螺旋桨,首先针对船用螺旋桨易受海水、海生物及空泡等因素影响腐蚀,结构精度降低,噪声变大等问题开展机理研究,然后基于可实现自由制造的增材制造、高能束焊接或者熔覆等现代先进制造技术对螺旋桨的基体结构、整体型面等进行型面增效和轻量化设计。基体结构可采用屈服强度高于600MPa的高强度合金钢等相对廉价的材料,只在表层包裹耐腐蚀特性好的铜合金。如此既可以依赖钢材的高强度减薄桨叶厚度达到轻量化的目的,又可以使桨叶具备铜合金优良的耐腐蚀特性,同时钢材的整体铸造、热处理等技术也较为成熟,降低了工艺难度和成本。

    The invention discloses a multi-alloy composite manufacturing method for a marine propeller. The method integrates the performance advantages of various materials, adopts two or more alloy materials to compositely manufacture the propeller, and comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out mechanism research aiming at the problems that the marine propeller is easily influenced by factors such as seawater, marine organisms and cavitation bubbles to corrode, the structural precision is reduced, the noise is increased and the like; and then based on modern advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, high-energy beam welding or cladding capable of achieving free manufacturing, conducting profile synergistic and lightweight design on the base body structure, the overall profile and the like of the propeller. The base body structure can be made of relatively cheap materials such as high-strength alloy steel with the yield strength higher than 600 MPa, and only the surface layer is wrapped with copper alloy with good corrosion resistance. In this way, the purpose of light weight can be achieved by depending on the high-strength thinned paddle of the steel, the paddle can have the excellent corrosion resistance of the copper alloy, and meanwhile, the technologies of integral casting, heat treatment and the like of the steel are mature, and the process difficulty and cost are reduced.
