The invention discloses a test model for a high-temperature wind tunnel. With wind tunnel incoming flow as the front, the test model is fixed on a middle support of a high-temperature wind tunnel in a rod type balance and tail supporting mode and comprises a rod type balance assembly, a rod type balance water cooling device and a test model cooling device. Cooling water of a cooling water circulation device externally connected with the rod type balance water cooling device sequentially flows into the supporting rod water cooling cover and the balance water cooling cover through a water inlet pipe, then flows into a water return pipe through a through hole, and finally enters the cooling water circulation device. High-pressure cooling air of a high-pressure air source externally connected with the test model cooling device flows through an air cooling pipe connector and an air cooling quick-insertion straight pipe from an air cooling air inlet pipe and is sprayed out from an air cooling spray head, and the test model and the rod type balance are cooled in an inner cavity of the test model. The test model is simple in structure and flexible in use mode, reduces the ambient temperature around the balance in the test process, slows down the temperature rise of the balance, reduces the influence of the temperature effect of the balance on test data, and improves the quality of wind tunnel test data.

    本发明公开了一种用于高温风洞的试验模型。以风洞来流为前方,试验模型采用杆式天平、尾支撑方式固定在高温风洞的中部支架上,包括杆式天平组件、杆式天平水冷装置和试验模型冷却装置。杆式天平水冷装置外接的冷却水循环装置冷却水通过进水管依次流入支杆水冷罩、天平水冷罩,再穿过通孔流入回水管,最后进入冷却水循环装置。试验模型冷却装置外接的高压气源的高压冷却气体从空冷进气管流经空冷管连接接头和空冷快插直管,从空冷喷头喷出,在试验模型的内腔冷却试验模型和杆式天平。该试验模型结构简单、使用方式灵活,降低试验过程中天平周围的环境温度,减缓天平温度的爬升,减小天平温度效应对试验数据的影响,提高风洞试验数据质量。
