The invention provides a vibration data processing method and system, model training method and system and detection method and system of lifting equipment. The processing method comprises the steps that vibration data generated in the operation process of the fixed lifting equipment are obtained through a vibration sensor; and target data are obtained, the target data are constant-speed segment data obtained by segmenting and extracting the vibration data according to the operation state of the fixed lifting equipment, and the constant-speed segment data are vibration data generated when the fixed lifting equipment is in the constant-speed operation state. According to the methods and systems, the constant-speed segment data capable of accurately reflecting the operation state of the fixed lifting equipment are obtained, a health state evaluation model and a fault diagnosis model are obtained based on training of the constant-speed segment data, the detection result is obtained through the two models, detection data are varied, the diagnosis range is comprehensive, the fault judgment accuracy is improved, the actual situation is met, before a shutdown fault occurs, the abnormal state can be detected, the fault type can be discriminated, maintenance personnel can arrange maintenance strategies conveniently, and the shutdown fault is avoided.

    本发明提供一种升降设备的振动数据处理、模型训练、检测方法、系统。处理方法包括:通过振动传感器获取固定式升降设备在运行过程中产生的振动数据;获取目标数据,目标数据为对振动数据按照固定式升降设备的运行状态进行切分并提取的匀速段数据,匀速段数据为固定式升降设备处于匀速运行状态时的振动数据。本发明通过获取能准确反映固定式升降设备运行状态的匀速段数据,基于该匀速段数据训练得到健康状态评估模型和故障诊断模型,通过这两个模型获取检测结果,检测数据多种多样,诊断范围全面,提高了故障判断准确率,符合实际情况,能够在发生停机故障之前检测出异常状态并判别出故障种类,方便维修人员安排维修策略,避免停机故障的发生。
