The invention discloses a transmission shaft processing method and device for a rail-mounted vehicle under a non-self-walking working condition. According to the processing method, the whole transmission shaft does not need to be disassembled when the rail-mounted vehicle is under the non-self-walking working condition, and one end of the transmission shaft is disengaged and fixed at a non-transmission working position through an auxiliary hoisting facility by utilizing a hoisting tool. According to the transmission shaft processing method, the transmission shaft can be moved to the non-transmission position through the hoisting position designed on the rail-mounted vehicle under the non-self-walking working condition, and the whole transmission shaft does not need to be disassembled. By the adoption of the method, when the rail-mounted vehicle is under the non-self-walking working condition, the transmission shaft can not rotate along with wheels when not disassembled, the purpose of protecting a transmission system or a certain transmission part is achieved, the transmission shaft can be disassembled and assembled through single-person construction, the labor intensity of constructors and the construction difficulty are reduced, the number of vehicle customer service personnel is reduced, and customer service cost of companies is saved.

    一种轨行车辆非自走行工况时传动轴处理方法及装置,该处理方法使轨行车辆在非自走行工况时不用拆卸整个传动轴,通过辅助吊装设施利用吊装工具,将传动轴某一端脱开并固定在非传动工作位。所述传动轴处理方法是非自走行工况时能够通过轨行车辆上设计的吊装位将传动轴移至非传动位,而不需要拆卸整个传动轴的方法。采用本发明的方法,在轨行车辆非自走行工况时,传动轴可以在不被拆卸时也不跟随车轮转动,达到保护传动系统或某一传动部件的目的,并且能够通过单人施工实现传动轴拆装作业,进而降低施工人员劳动强度和施工难度,减少车辆客服人员数量,节约公司客服费用。
