The invention relates to an elevator steel wire rope end combination device capable of automatically adjusting the angle. The elevator steel wire rope end combination device mainly comprises a taper sleeve, a rope hitch plate, a protruding block, a base gasket, spring gaskets, a pull rod and a spring, wherein an inward concave cambered surface is arranged at a hole of the rope hitch plate, an outward convex cambered surface is arranged on one surface of the protruding block, and the inward concave cambered surface of the rope hitch plate can be completely attached to the outward convex cambered surface of the protruding block; the protruding block can slide left and right around the inward concave cambered surface of the rope hitch plate; the pull rod penetrates through a through hole of the rope hitch plate and a through hole of the protruding block; the lower end of the pull rod is connected with one end of the taper sleeve; the engineering plastic base gasket, one metal spring gasket, the spring, the other metal spring gasket and a nut are sequentially installed at the upper end of the pull rod from bottom to top; and a cotter pin is installed on the uppermost portion of the pull rod. The steel wire rope end combination device can completely eliminate horizontal force generated when a steel wire rope is not perpendicular to the horizontal plane in the vertical running process of an elevator, the steel wire rope end is only pulled, the horizontal force of a rope end device is eliminated, external action damage of the steel wire rope is reduced, the reliability of a rope end suspension device is guaranteed, and the service life of the steel wire rope is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种自动调节角度的电梯钢丝绳绳端组合装置,主要包括锥套、绳头板、凸块、底座垫圈、弹簧垫圈、拉杆、弹簧,其中绳头板开孔处有内凹弧面,凸块一面有外凸弧面,绳头板的内凹弧面与凸块的外凸弧面能完全贴合,并且凸块可以绕绳头板内凹弧面左右滑动。拉杆穿过绳头板与凸块的通孔,下端与锥套一端连接,上端从下至上依次安装工程塑料底座垫圈、金属弹簧垫圈、弹簧、金属弹簧垫圈、螺母,拉杆的最上部安装开口销。该钢丝绳绳端组合装置能够完全消除电梯上下运行时钢丝绳与水平面不垂直产生的水平力,使绳端的钢丝绳只受拉力,消除了绳端装置的水平力,减少了钢丝绳外部作用损伤,保证了绳端悬挂装置的可靠性并延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。
