本发明公开了一种具有超滑表面的昆虫机器人、加工方法及应用,属于昆虫机器人技术领域,所述昆虫机器人具有仿形结构,由下到上依次由石墨烯氧化物层及还原石墨烯氧化物层组成,还原石墨烯氧化物层为多孔结构,是由激光对石墨烯氧化物膜加工得到;还原石墨烯氧化物层的表面灌注有润滑油,润滑油渗入到还原石墨烯氧化物层的孔洞中。石墨烯氧化物含有的大量含氧官能团会以CO2等形式的气体逸出,得到具有大量多孔结构的还原石墨烯氧化物层;而由于激光加工深度的限制,石墨烯氧化物膜底部不会被激光还。然后将润滑油注入到具有多孔结构的还原石墨烯氧化物层里,成为超滑表面;通过裁剪得到具有超滑表面的昆虫机器人,能够实现各项异性的液体传输。

    The invention discloses an insect robot with a super-smooth surface, a processing method and application, and belongs to the technical field of insect robotics. The insect robot is of a profiling structure and is sequentially composed of a graphene oxide layer and a reduced graphene oxide layer from bottom to top, and the reduced graphene oxide layer is of a porous structure; and the reduced graphene oxide layer is obtained by processing the graphene oxide film through laser. Lubricating oil is poured into the surface of the reduced graphene oxide layer and permeates into holes of the reduced graphene oxide layer. A large number of oxygen-containing functional groups contained in the graphene oxide can escape in the form of CO2 and the like, and a reduced graphene oxide layer with a large number of porous structures is obtained; and due to the limitation of the laser processing depth, the bottom of the graphene oxide film cannot be returned by the laser. Then lubricating oil is injected into the reduced graphene oxide layer with the porous structure to form a super-smooth surface; the insect robot with the super-smooth surface is obtained through cutting, and anisotropic liquid transmission can be achieved.
