The method comprises the steps of determining an initial point where the train triggers EB, wherein the moment T0 and the position P0 of the initial point are known; determining a stopping point where the train stops, wherein the moment T1 of the stopping point is known, and the position P1 is unknown; detecting the next label after the train moves again, and reestablishing the next label at a recovery point, wherein the moment T2 and the position P2 of the recovery point are known, and the VOBC records the driving distance DT from the position P1 to the position P2; based on the known moment T0, the position P0, the moment T1, the moment T2, the position P2 and the driving distance DT, obtaining the position P1 and the braking distance BT in sequence, and then obtaining the average braking rate through calculation; and if the average braking rate is less than the emergency braking rate, giving an alarm to inform a maintenance group, and prohibiting the train from being upgraded to the ATP mode from the manual limiting mode. According to the invention, the more accurate emergency braking rate is obtained through calculation in the position recovery process, and accurate monitoring is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种运营列车紧急制动率精确监控方法,包括:确定列车触发EB的初始点,初始点的时刻T0及位置P0已知;确定列车停止的停车点,停车点的时刻T1已知,位置P1未知;列车再次移动后检测下一个标签,在恢复点重新建立,恢复点的时刻T2、位置P2已知,VOBC记录位置P1到位置P2的行驶距离D_T;基于已知的时刻T0、位置P0、时刻T1、时刻T2、位置P2和行驶距离D_T,依次获得位置P1和制动距离B_T,然后计算获得平均制动率;如果平均制动率小于紧急制动率,则报警通知维修组,并禁止列车从限制人工模式升级到ATP模式。本发明在位置恢复过程中计算获得更精确的紧急制动率,精确监控。
