The invention discloses a crawler-type pipe diameter gravity self-adaptive robot chassis. The chassis comprises a supporting mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a walking mechanism; the supporting mechanism comprises a main supporting plate; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting platform, a lifting guide rail, lifting rods and a supporting block; the lifting platform and the main supporting plate are connected through two parallel lifting rod sets, each lifting rod set comprises two crossed lifting rods, the two ends of one lifting rod are connected with the shaft end of a first rotating block and the shaft end of a second roller set respectively, and the two ends of the other lifting rod are connected with the shaft end of the second rotating block and the shaft end of the first roller set respectively; and the walking mechanism comprises two crawler wheel mechanisms symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the supporting mechanism. Self-adjustment of the walking mechanism can be achieved, so that the pipeline robot can be suitable for existing universal pipeline diameters, the use range of the pipeline robot is expanded, and the use space of the pipeline robot is expanded; and the robot chassis has the characteristics of high stability, practicability, safety and the like, and is low in manufacturing cost, simple in structure and high in maneuverability and flexibility.

    本发明公开了一种履带式管径重力自适应机器人底盘。其包括支撑机构、升降机构和行走机构;支撑机构包括主支撑板;升降机构包括升降平台、升降导轨、升降杆和支撑块;升降平台和主支撑板之间通过两个平行的升降杆组连接,每个升降杆组包括两根相交的升降杆,一根升降杆的两端分别连接第一转动块、第二滚轮组的轴端,另一根升降杆的两端分别连接第二转动块、第一滚轮组的轴端;行走机构包括在支撑机构两侧对称设置的两个履带轮机构。本发明可以实现行走机构的自我调整,使得管道机器人能够适用于现有通用的管道直径,拓展其使用范围延伸其使用空间;具有较高的稳定性、实用性、安全性等特点,且造价低廉、结构简单和机动灵活性强。
