本发明公开了一种外部液力制动装置,包括电控系统、主控阀、液力制动器、供液系统和制动阀,电控系统控制制动阀的开关,主控阀的阀芯与阀体形成液压腔,阀芯的侧面形成进液流道和出液流道,液力制动器上设有闸阀,供液系统包括储液箱和输液管路,输液管路上设有第二支路、第一支路和第三支路,第一支路与进液流道、制动器内腔、第二支路依次连通,制动阀与第三支路连通,制动阀的出口分为第四支路和第五支路,第四支路与闸阀的进口连通,闸阀的出口穿过液压腔后与第五支路连通。本发明提供了一种能为液力传动机车提供辅助制动的外部液力制动装置,能实现根据机车行驶速度的不同,自动调节制动功率及制动扭矩的大小。

The external hydraulic braking device comprises an electric control system, a main control valve, a hydraulic brake, a liquid supply system and a brake valve, the electric control system controls opening and closing of the brake valve, a valve element and a valve body of the main control valve form a hydraulic cavity, a liquid inlet flow channel and a liquid outlet flow channel are formed in the side face of the valve element, and a gate valve is arranged on the hydraulic brake; the liquid supply system comprises a liquid storage tank and a liquid conveying pipeline, the liquid conveying pipeline is provided with a second branch, a first branch and a third branch, the first branch is sequentially communicated with the liquid inlet flow channel, the brake inner cavity and the second branch, the brake valve is communicated with the third branch, an outlet of the brake valve is divided into a fourth branch and a fifth branch, the fourth branch is communicated with an inlet of the brake valve, and an outlet of the gate valve penetrates through the hydraulic cavity and then communicates with the fifth branch. The external hydraulic braking device can provide auxiliary braking for the hydraulic transmission locomotive, and the braking power and the braking torque can be automatically adjusted according to different running speeds of the locomotive.
