The invention discloses a traffic demand distribution extraction method for comprehensive land utilization, and belongs to the technical field of calculation, reckoning or counting. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting historical travel data of residents and urban interest points; then, extracting travel origin and destination positions, and generating traffic zones through clustering; calculating an interest point proportion and an interest point density of each traffic zone, and dividing comprehensive land utilization types; according to historical travel data of residents, extracting a traffic demand sequence of each traffic zone every day according to travel time; and integrating the traffic demand sequence of the traffic zone corresponding to each comprehensive land utilization type, and further extracting typical traffic demand distribution under each comprehensive land utilization type through time sequence clustering, specifically including traffic generation amount distribution and traffic attraction amount distribution. The method has high popularization and application values, can provide objective suggestions for reasonable development and utilization of urban land, and provides reference information for fixed-point traffic management and control.

    本发明公开了一种面向综合土地利用的交通需求分布提取方法,属于计算、推算或计数的技术领域。该方法:首先对居民历史出行数据及城市兴趣点进行采集;然后提取出行起讫点位置,并通过聚类生成交通小区;计算各交通小区的兴趣点比例及兴趣点密度,对综合土地利用类型进行划分;根据居民历史出行数据,按出行时间提取各交通小区每天的交通需求序列;整合每一类综合土地利用类型对应交通小区的交通需求序列,进而通过时间序列聚类提取各综合土地利用类型下典型的交通需求分布,具体包括交通发生量分布与交通吸引量分布。本发明具有较高的推广应用价值,能够为城市土地合理开发利用提供客观建议,为定点交通管理与控制提供参考信息。
