本发明涉及吸能材料技术领域,公开了一种复合吸能层、夹层结构及制备方法,复合吸能层包括从上至下依次设置的多层吸能芯层;各吸能芯层均包括多个隔离布置的吸能腔体,位于各吸能芯层中部的多个所述吸能腔体均密封布置,位于各所述吸能芯层边缘的多个所述吸能腔体均具有开口;设各所述吸能腔体的上部的夹角为第一二面角,多层所述吸能芯层的第一二面角由上至下依次减小;由于各吸能芯层的第一二面角由上至下依次减小,复合吸能层在受到较大碰撞力时的破坏是具有梯度的,在受到破坏时能够吸收更多能量;复合吸能层采用3D打印一次成型,结构紧凑且保证了吸能效果。
