本发明提供了一种二氧化硅‑淀粉气凝胶改性的密胺泡绵及其应用,是由下述制备方法制成:制备澄清的淀粉透明溶胶;制备硅溶胶溶液;将透明溶胶和硅溶胶溶液混合,老化,溶剂置换后,采用超临界干燥技术对凝胶进行处理,干燥得二氧化硅‑淀粉气凝胶;将制得的二氧化硅‑淀粉气凝胶球磨处理;取三聚甲醛和甲醛混合,进行预聚反应,得预聚物,将粉碎后的二氧化硅‑淀粉气凝胶加入预聚物中,加入乳化剂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、丙二醇、发泡剂、的阻燃剂,混合均匀;微波发泡,固化定型后得二氧化硅‑淀粉气凝胶改性的密胺泡绵。本发明的制作备的密胺泡绵发泡率高,轻质保温,进一步地提高了隔热性和吸音性。

    The invention provides silicon dioxide-starch aerogel modified melamine foamed plastic and an application thereof. The silicon dioxide-starch aerogel modified melamine foamed plastic is prepared by a preparation method comprising the following steps: preparing clear starch transparent sol; preparing a silica sol solution; mixing the transparent sol and a silica sol solution, aging, carrying out solvent replacement, treating the gel by adopting a supercritical drying technology, and drying to obtain silicon dioxide-starch aerogel; carrying out ball milling treatment on the prepared silicon dioxide-starch aerogel; mixing trioxymethylene and formaldehyde, carrying out a prepolymerization reaction to obtain a prepolymer, adding the crushed silicon dioxide-starch aerogel into the prepolymer, adding an emulsifier, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, propylene glycol, a foaming agent and a flame retardant, and uniformly mixing; and carrying out microwave foaming, curing and shaping to obtain the silicon dioxide-starch aerogel modified melamine foamed plastic. The melamine foamed plastic prepared by the invention is high in foaming rate, light in weight and heat-preserving, and the heat insulation property and the sound absorption property are further improved.
