The invention discloses a gas transport ship block division and installation method which comprises the steps that a main deck divides the same cargo hold into a block structure in the ship length direction and the ship width direction, and the block structure comprises two broadside blocks on the left side and the right side, a double-layer bottom block at the bottom, a main deck block on the upper portion and two transverse bulkhead blocks on the front side and the rear side; a block structure ballast tank strength test is carried out, and block structure coating is carried out; construction of all insulating layers of a broadside block, a double-layer bottom block, a main deck block and a transverse bulkhead block is completed in a weather shed in a stacking mode, and the blocks are supported by laying piers; carrying of a double-layer bottom block and two broadside blocks is completed, a U-shaped cabin is formed, and carrying of a transverse bulkhead block is completed; the main deck block is hoisted in place, but welding is not performed; and after the cargo hold completes all operations, the main deck block is hoisted away, the liquid tank is hoisted, and then the main deck block is hoisted and welded. The ship building efficiency is effectively improved, and the building cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种气体运输船总段划分及安装方法,包括:将主甲板沿着船长和船宽方向,将同一个货舱划分为一个总段结构,包括左右两侧的两个舷侧总段、底部的双层底总段、上部的主甲板总段和前后两侧的两个横舱壁总段;进行总段结构压载舱强度试验,并进行总段结构涂装;在风雨棚内通过叠加在一起的方式完成舷侧总段、双层底总段、主甲板总段和横舱壁总段的所有绝缘层施工,各总段之间用搁墩支撑;完成双层底总段和两个舷侧总段搭载,形成U型舱室,完成横舱壁总段搭载;将主甲板总段吊装到位,但不焊接;在货舱完成所有作业后将主甲板总段吊离,吊装液罐,然后吊装主甲板总段并焊接。本发明有效提高船舶建造效率,节约建造成本。
