The invention provides an atmosphere three-dimensional structure dynamic information group observation platform based on a railway network. The platform comprises a carrying device which is used for connecting a railway train; measuring equipment which is mounted on the carrying device and is used for measuring atmosphere data; a buffer device which is arranged between the carrying device and the measuring equipment and is used for buffering the acting force between the measuring equipment and the carrying device; and data processing equipment which is in communication connection with the measuring equipment and is used for receiving and processing the atmosphere data measured by the measuring equipment. By adopting the observation platform provided by the scheme, the temporal-spatial resolution of an existing atmospheric three-dimensional structure detection system is improved, the detection system is high in running speed, stable, capable of transmitting data in real time and unattended, large-range atmospheric three-dimensional structure dynamic detection in the western regions of China such as the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the like can be achieved, observation information groups of air temperature, humidity, water vapor and the like which are wide in range, high in temporal-spatial resolution, combined in dynamic state and static state and converted in time-space mode are obtained. The method has the characteristic of high temporal-spatial resolution of detection data.
本发明提供一种基于铁路网的大气三维结构动态信息群观测平台,包括:搭载装置,用于连接铁路列车;测量设备,安装在搭载装置上,用于测量大气数据;缓冲装置,安装在搭载装置与测量设备之间,用于缓冲测量设备与搭载装置之间的作用力;数据处理设备,与测量设备通信连接,用于接收并处理测量设备测量的大气数据。采用本方案提供的观测平台,提高了现有大气三维结构探测系统的时空分辨率,探测系统运行速度快、稳定、数据实时传输和无人值守,可实现青藏高原等中国西部地区的大范围大气三维结构动态探测,获得大范围、高时空分辨率、动态与静态相结合、时空转换的气温、湿度、水汽等观测信息群。本专利具有探测数据时空分辨率高的特点。
