The invention discloses a new energy electric vehicle driver control panel. A ZYNQ 7000SOC all-programmable device is used as a main control chip, an ARM part and an FPGA part are integrated in the main control chip, the ARM part is used for a motor advanced control algorithm and CAN communication, the FPGA part is used for realizing closed-loop control of a motor and comprises a communication circuit module, a processing circuit module and a memory circuit module, and the communication circuit module is used for isolating an externally connected communication line; and the processing circuit module is used for receiving an engine control instruction sent by an automobile ECU, executing bottom layer control of a motor and generating a driving signal of the motor, and the memory circuit module is used for caching data of the processing circuit module. Through the heterogeneous processing mode, the complexity of the control board circuit is reduced, the bus communication rate of the internal algorithm unit is improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新能源电动汽车驱动器控制板,利用ZYNQ 7000SOC全可编程器件作为主控芯片,内部集成ARM和FPGA两部分,ARM部分用于电机高级控制算法以及CAN通信,FPGA部分用于实现电机的闭环控制,包括通信电路模块、处理电路模块、内存电路模块,通信电路模块用于隔离外部连接的通信线路;处理电路模块用于接收汽车ECU发出的引擎控制指令,执行电机的底层控制并产生电机的驱动信号,内存电路模块用于对处理电路模块的数据进行缓存。通过这种异构处理方式,减小了控制板电路的复杂程度,提高了内部算法单元总线通信速率,并且降低了成本。
