The method comprises the steps of when a starting instruction issued by a vehicle control system is received, generating an awakening signal according to the starting instruction; and awakening the voltage conversion module according to the awakening signal, and when the voltage conversion module is in an awakening state, starting the vehicle-mounted components in sequence through a preset starting strategy to realize reliable starting of the vehicle-mounted components. According to the power supply control method, by controlling the starting sequence of all the vehicle-mounted components in the vehicle-mounted all-in-one product, the voltage conversion module is started preferentially, other components are started in sequence, staggered starting of low-voltage components is achieved, current impact on a low-voltage power supply loop is reduced, voltage attenuation of the power supply loop is reduced, and power supply starting is more reliable.
