The invention discloses a design for optimizing a coaxial multi-rotor aircraft power system. The coaxial multi-rotor aircraft power system comprises an upper rotor, a lower rotor, upper motors, lower motors and a carbon fiber guide plate. The upper rotor is connected with the upper motors; the lower rotor is connected with the lower motors; the upper motors are respectively mounted above arms of the aircraft; the lower motors are respectively mounted below arms of the aircraft; and the carbon fiber guide plate is mounted on the arm. The upper motors, the lower motors and an electronic speed controller are balanced in transmission temperature, the problem that the motors and the electronic speed controller are prone to overheating is solved, and the performance exertion space of an aircraft is improved; meanwhile, the power consumption can be saved by 4%, and the flight endurance of the aircraft can be effectively improved; and the vibration displacement of the aircraft is reduced by 10-15%, the rotating speed requirement and the vibration displacement frequency response are reduced by 0.5%, the performance of the aircraft is further improved, and the environment adaptability is higher.

    本发明公开了一种优化共轴多旋翼飞机动力系统的设计,包括上旋翼、下旋翼、上电机、下电机、碳纤维导流板;所述上旋翼与所述上电机相连接;所述下旋翼与下电机相连接;所述上电机分别安装在飞机的机臂上方;所述下电机分别安装在飞机的机臂下方;所述碳纤维导流板安装在机臂上。本发明的上下电机和电调输温度达到均衡,解决了电机和电调易过热问题,提升了飞机的性能发挥空间;同时耗电量可节省4%,能有效的提升飞机续航;飞机的振动位移降低了10~15%,对转速要求和振动位移频响降低了0.5%,进一步地提升了飞机的性能,环境适应能力更强。
