The invention provides a pressurization prevention mechanism of an aircraft cabin door. The pressurization prevention mechanism comprises a pressurization prevention cover plate, a rotating shaft and at least one rocker arm which radially extends out of the rotating shaft and is fixed relative to the rotating shaft. The pressurization prevention cover plate comprises a plate body, a closing meshing component and an opening meshing component, and can rotate between a closing position and an opening position around a rotating shaft. When the rotating shaft rotates in the opening direction, the rocker arm and the rotating shaft rotate together and rotate to be meshed with an opening meshing component on the pressurization prevention cover plate, and therefore the pressurization prevention cover plate is pushed to rotate to the opening position around the rotating shaft in the opening direction. When the shaft rotates in the closing direction opposite to the opening direction, the rocker arm rotates together with the rotating shaft and rotates to be meshed with a closing meshing component on the pressurization prevention cover plate, and therefore the pressurization prevention cover plate is pushed to rotate to a closing position around the rotating shaft in the closing direction. The mechanism is provided with two sets of driving mechanisms, the reliability is high, the driving mechanisms are simple in form, the integration degree is high, and the occupied space is small.
