The invention provides a floor boundary beam and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process of the floor boundary beam comprises the following steps: arranging an anti-cracking area between a first forming face and a second forming face; pre-treating the first forming face; pressing the first forming surface, and subjecting the second forming surface to forming treatment; arranging an anti-cracking table on the first forming face; and subjecting the first forming surface and the second forming surface to forming treatment. According to the technical scheme, the procedures during flanging treatment of the to-be-machined floor boundary beam are reasonably adjusted, the anti-cracking area is arranged on the portion, prone to cracking, of the to-be-machined floor boundary beam, the first forming face is pressed when the second forming face is subjected to forming treatment, flowing of ingredients is reduced, and the process guarantees that sufficient blanks are reserved in the subsequent machining process; and through the anti-cracking table, material supplementation is provided for the anti-cracking area, and therefore the problem that the to-be-machined floor boundary beam cracks during flanging treatment is solved.

    本发明提供了一种地板边梁及其制作工艺,地板边梁制作工艺包括以下步骤:在第一成形面与所述第二成形面之间设置防裂区;对第一成形面预处理;压紧第一成形面,并对第二成形面进行成形处理;在第一成形面上设置防裂台;对第一成形面以及第二成形面成形处理。本发明技术方案在对待加工地板边梁进行翻边处理时的工序进行合理调整,将待加工地板边梁易产生开裂的部分设置防裂区,在对第二成形面成形处理时压紧第一成形面,减少配料流动,保证后序加工工艺预留充足的坯料;再通过防裂台,为防裂区提供材料补充,从而解决待加工地板边梁翻边处理时开裂的问题。
