The sensor comprises a first fixed shell, a second fixed shell and a damping support mechanism; a first sensor main body is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the first fixed shell; displacement sensor heads are arranged on the two sides of the upper part of the first sensor main body; the second fixed shell is arranged on one side of the first fixed shell; and a movable connecting mechanism is connected between the second fixed shell and the first fixed shell. The sensor has the beneficial effects that the sensor is provided with the damping support mechanism, a first honeycomb cushioning plate and a second honeycomb cushioning plate are each of a honeycomb structure and can absorb vibration force; and a V-shaped damping plate between the first honeycomb cushioning plate and the second honeycomb cushioning plate is matched with a damping spring, so that the effects of resisting pressure and relieving vibration can be achieved, the vibration force transmitted to the first fixed shell and the second fixed shell is reduced, and the detection precision of the first sensor main body and the second sensor main body is not influenced.

    本发明公开了一种梯级链异常伸长传感器,涉及自动扶梯技术领域,包括第一固定壳、第二固定壳和减震支撑机构,所述第一固定壳的上方中部设置有第一传感器主体,且第一传感器主体的上方两侧均设置有位移传感器头,所述第二固定壳设置于第一固定壳的一侧,且第二固定壳与第一固定壳之间连接有活动连接机构。本发明的有益效果是:该装置设置有减震支撑机构,第一蜂窝缓震板和第二蜂窝缓震板均为蜂窝状结构可以吸收震动力,第一蜂窝缓震板和第二蜂窝缓震板之间的V形减震板配合减震弹簧能够起到抗压和减轻震动的作用,减少传导至第一固定壳和第二固定壳的震动力,从而不会影响第一传感器主体和第二传感器主体的检测精度。
