The invention discloses a combined braking control system and method for a heavy-load transport vehicle. The system comprises a brake gear shifting rod, a rocker switch, a combined brake control mechanism and a vehicle control unit, and the brake gear shifting rod and the rocker switch achieve combined control through the vehicle control unit and the combined brake control mechanism. The method comprises the steps: marking the braking state of the brake gear shifting rod as a first braking state, and marking the braking state of the rocker switch as a second braking state; and judging whether a brake pedal is stepped down or not, if the brake pedal is stepped down, storing the marked first brake state and the marked second brake state, performing EBS braking, comparing the braking force of the first brake state and the braking force of the second brake state, outputting the maximum braking force for braking, judging whether the opening degree of the accelerator pedal exceeds the opening degree threshold value or not, and if yes, ending braking. The system and the method have the beneficial effects of improving the driving comfort and reducing potential safety hazards.

    本发明公开了一种重载运输车辆联合制动控制系统及方法,系统为制动档位拨杆、翘板开关、联合制动控制机构和整车控制器,所述制动档位拨杆、翘板开关通过整车控制器和联合制动控制机构实现联合控制,方法为标记制动档位拨杆的制动状态为第一制动状态,将翘板开关的制动状态标记为第二制动状态;判断制动踏板是否被踩下,若踩下,将标记的第一制动状态和标记的第二状态进行状态进行存储,并进行EBS制动,比较第一制动状态的制动力和第二制动状态的制动力的大小,将最大制动力进行输出制动,判断油门踏板的开度是否超过开度阈值,若超过,则制动结束,具有提高驾驶舒适性和减少安全隐患的有益效果。
