The invention relates to the technical field of train power supply, and particularly discloses a high-voltage system of a double-flow system rail transit vehicle, which comprises a power receiving part arranged at the top of a vehicle, and an alternating current processing part, a direct current processing part and a traction part which are respectively connected with the power receiving part, the power receiving part comprises a pantograph, an alternating-current high-voltage electrical appliance box and an alternating-current and direct-current conversion switch; the alternating current and direct current conversion switch is used for switching when 25KV alternating current received by the pantograph from a pantograph net is converted into 1500V direct current or the 1500V direct current is converted into the 25KV alternating current. The rail transit vehicle can operate in the direct current power supply environment and can also operate in the alternating current power supply environment, the double-current system rail transit vehicle becomes possible, and the complex power supply environment can be fully utilized for rail vehicle arrangement.
