本发明公开了一种复合材料板簧保护装置,包括刚性支座以及设于刚性支座上的弹性承载块,所述刚性支座设于所述复合材料板簧中部,空车时所述弹性承载块与车架之间具有间隙、且随着车架上载荷的增加弹性承载块可与车架抵接;或所述刚性支座设于车架上,空车时所述弹性承载块与复合材料板簧之间具有间隙、且随着车架上载荷的增加弹性承载块可与复合材料板簧中部抵接。本发明具有结构简单、可靠,能兼顾空车时的舒适性和重车时的承载能力,车辆超重时可为复合材料板簧提供防护等优点。

    The invention discloses a composite material plate spring protection device. The device has the advantages that the structure is simple and reliable, the comfort when the vehicle is empty and the bearing capacity when the vehicle is loaded can be considered, and the composite material plate spring can be protected when the vehicle is overweight.
